Jaz Santos shortlisted for a Sunday Times Sports Book Award

I am delighted to announce that Jaz Santos vs the World has been shortlisted for a Sports Book Award in the Children’s Sports Book of the Year category! The Sports Book Award is a major annual promotion for sports writing. The children’s category, which is run in conjunction with the National Literacy Trust, seeks to highlight books which foster a love of reading using sporting stories to inspire young readers. I really enjoy encouraging reading for enjoyment and promoting an inclusive approach to sports and other achievements through writing and speaking to young people about the Dream Team series , so I’m so excited and honoured to see Jaz on this fantastic shortlist.
